If this doesn’t work, then you need to add her as a mistress. However, you need to understand that a mistress will rarely admit to being a mistress. If she does, she knows she’s just a fuck buddy and nothing more. If this girl is romantic like you say, then she doesn’t want to be your fuck buddy. She wants to be your woman. The key, then, with having a mistress like this is hope. It is your job to instill and reinforce this belief in her so that you can keep her around.

If she asks about your main girl, respond with, “It’s complicated.” or “Let’s not talk about her.” This will give her the hope that things aren’t working out, but at the same time make it plausible that there are good reasons why you aren’t leaving Girl 1. As long as you keep your language ambiguous, she’ll never have a reason to probe further. The two girls, who may suspect about each other – or even know about each other – should not know of any other additions to the rotation.
